Terms & Conditions
| 1) | Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday but short breaks are available; please Contact Us either by E-Mail or telephone for availability. |
| 2) | Bed linen will be provided but please bring your own Towels and Tea towels. |
| 3) | Prices include one pet staying at the cottage. |
| 4) | A Deposit of £100.00 when booking is made and the balance will become due 6 weeks prior to arrival. |
| 5) | For bookings made less than six weeks the full and total amount will be required. |

A good housekeeping deposit of £50.00 (by a separate cheque) should be sent with the final balance, this will be returned to you after the holiday and the cottage has been checked for damages, breakages and general cleanliness |
